Retseaz is a SaaS platform designed to assist fashion businesses with digital tools including (but not limited to) virtual fitting, design visualisation, tech packs, and AI-assisted features.
The Platform is provided for business and professional use only.
Retseaz may offer a free trial for new users. Trial duration and eligibility are determined by Retseaz and may change from time to time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
All subscription fees are due in advance.
If a payment fails:

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
Users retain full ownership of any content, designs, files, or data uploaded to Retseaz.

Any AI-generated outputs, recommendations, measurements, or visualisations are provided for assistance only.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all outputs before use in production, manufacturing, or commercial decision-making.
Retseaz does not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose.
Retseaz aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes at any time without prior notice.
